The room was spacious and clean, with beautiful bathrooms. the staff was generally friendly and accommodating, even serving breakfast outside of normal hours. the location was convenient, with key sights and attractions within walking distance.
The shuttle service we had booked was a disaster. the driver was late and unapologetic, and the staff seemed to joke about the situation rather than taking it seriously.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the stunning views from the rooftop and the tasty food at breakfast time. the location was ideal for exploring the area, and I enjoyed being able to walk to nearby attractions.
It was dark and had no windows, making it feel cramped and claustrophobic. The noise level was high, and it didn't quiet down until long after midnight.
